Getting the most out of your AC

✅ 1. Set the Right Temperature

• Optimal setting: 24–26°C (75–78°F) for cooling.
• Avoid setting it too low—each degree lower can increase energy usage by up to 8%.

✅ 2. Keep Filters Clean

• Check monthly and clean or replace filters every 1–3 months.
• Dirty filters restrict airflow, reducing efficiency and air quality.
• 

Changing the filters is a tenant's responsibility. If it's difficult for you to do, please call our office to inquire about the monthly maintenance package we offer.  If a repairman is called out due to the AC not cooling and the filter is found to be dirty, the tenant will be charged for the service call.
